You are solely responsible for any and all use of your GRMClix account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account. Any unauthorized access to your account should be reported immediately.
Use of proxy ip or any VPN service is strictly prohibited.
GRMClix is restricted to our members and to individuals personally invited by them.
Every purchase is considered to be a private transaction between GRMClix and its members.
As a private transaction, this program is exempt from The US Securities Act of 1933,
The US Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and The US Investment Company Act of 1940 and all other rules, regulations and amendments there of.
We are not FDIC insured. We are not a licensed bank or a security firm.
You agree that all informations, communications, materials coming from GRMClix are unsolicited and must be kept private, confidential and protected from any disclosure. Moreover, the information, communication and materials contained herein are not to be regarded as an offer, nor a solicitation for investments in any jurisdiction which deems non-public offers or solicitations unlawful, nor to any
person to whom it will be unlawful to make such offer or solicitation.
GRMClix will never provide personal information about its members to third parties without the consent of the member unless required by law. Your information collected is used for communication of GRMClix with the members and will not be sold to any other company.

We will not tolerate SPAM or any type of UCE in this program. SPAM violators will be immediately & permanently removed from the program.
You, the member, are responsible for any and all taxes payable in you resident country / domicile or jurisdiction, for any income you receive either from GRMClix or any program promoted via the GRMClix program.
GRMClix reserves the right to accept or decline any member for membership without explanation.
All branding, logos and graphics contained within GRMClix are copyright use; distribution or copying of such content is strictly prohibited. GRMClix provides members with approved material for marketing within the members area.
Any use of Internet bots, also known as web robots or simply bots would be ground for immediate termination of your GRMClix account. Bots are software applications that run automated tasks over the internet.
In the event that you issue a chargeback on a transaction you completed while logged into your GRMClix account, GRMClix will suspend your account. A transaction is defined as a purchase that you knowingly made for an advertisement or upgrade.

THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND GRMClix AND BY CLICKING ON THE REGISTRATION BUTTON (IF YOU ARE ACTING ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF AS AN INDIVIDUAL) OR YOUR COMPANY (IF YOU ARE ACTING ON BEHALF OF YOUR COMPANY) (THE "MEMBER") AGREE(S) TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS MEMBER AGREEMENT.
